Before you start
Where does it get its answers?
Only from what you add — PDFs, photos, documents and notes — and the page you write. When the answer isn't there, it says so and passes the question to you with the visitor's contact.
Can it make things up?
Every price, number, link, email and phone number in a reply is checked against what it read; a reply that states one it didn't read is never sent.
Can I check replies before they go out?
Yes. In draft mode every reply waits for you to send, edit or discard, from the console or your phone, and you can answer any conversation yourself.
Which languages does it speak?
Visitors write in their own language and are answered in it, whatever language your files are in.
What happens on a busy day?
Every visitor gets an answer; at very high volume answers slow down rather than stop, and nothing a visitor writes is lost.
Do visitors need an account?
No. They open your link and ask; the conversation stays in their browser, and you can reply there or at the email they leave.
Is what I put in used to train AI?
No. The AI runs on Cloudflare's servers under our own account; nothing you put in goes to another AI company or trains a model.
Can I delete everything?
Yes. Deleting your account in Settings erases everything in it at once.
